For a track to show up in the YouTube Shorts audio library, the track needs to be enabled for CID Monitoring. This is because they work the shorts audio off of the asset that is created when a track is delivered for CID monitoring. If you want this to be enabled you can do so from your dashboard or write to tech support via the artist dashboard. It can take up to 1 week for this to get activated by YouTube.
